First Look is a single session focused on one specific concern you want to think through. You get a written summary within 48 hours. It requires no preparation and no intake. Clinical Stress Test is a structured review with scored findings, a risk map, and a workshop. It covers more ground and produces a more formal deliverable.

Are these fixed prices?
First Look is a fixed fee of €350. Clinical Stress Test and Embedded Advisory prices are starting points. Final fees are scoped after a 30-minute discovery call and depend on product complexity, number of pathways, and review depth required.
How long does delivery take?
First Look delivers a written summary within 48 hours of the session. Clinical Stress Test Standard takes 3 to 4 weeks. Clinical Stress Test Deep takes 6 to 10 weeks depending on scope. Embedded Advisory runs on a monthly basis with a minimum of 3 months.
Can you help implement the fixes?
Yes. Embedded Advisory includes support for remediation work, ongoing monitoring, and clinical reasoning input during build, iteration, and scale.
Is this diagnostic or medical advice?
No. The review itself is non-diagnostic: it supports product and safety decisions and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice to end users. The products reviewed can include diagnostic tools. What stays non-diagnostic is my output, not the category of product I look at.
Do you review diagnostic AI?
Yes. If a product supports a clinical decision, including a diagnosis, the reasoning around that decision is exactly what the Lens reviews: how it handles uncertainty, when it escalates, what happens when it is wrong, and where the clinician takes over. The Lens does not validate diagnostic accuracy or replace a Clinical Safety Officer. It reviews the clinical logic the product is built on.
